Everyone has a calling, or vocation, in this life. How we respond to that call is unique to every individual – some of us are called to holiness through marriage, others through single life, as a priest, deacon or member of a religious community. If you are curious about vocations within the Church and would like to find out more, please visit the Archdiocese of Newark Office of Vocations.
If you feel a calling to the Religious Life, please consider joining one of the following Vocation Discernment Evenings sponsored by The Vocations Office of the Archdiocese of Newark. All dates are Wednesday evenings beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Archdiocesan Retreat Center, 499 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ 07032. Reflection and Questions are held in the Sacred Heart Room from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., followed by Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction in the Chapel from 8:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. All are welcome!
